Comcast has been keeping a close eye on the development at The Preserve, and has begun initial engineering to bring their cable and internet solutions into the development. They have indicated plans to have installation complete and accessible by early 2009.           

Currently, AT&T provides The Preserve with DSL internet and phone services though their fiber optic network. They are also planning to upgrade their services to provide a full media package including cable, high speed internet, and phone solutions. Though, they have not indicated a timeframe for completion.

Until Comcast and/or AT&T complete the installation for their services, Dish Network, or other satellite companies, will be providing television.

The first signed contracts will convert to closed sales by early October, and building of homes is expected to begin this fall. 

The construction of the amenity center is already underway by Isaac Construction.“We are really excited to be a part of the construction of The Preserve at Laurel Lake,”says Isaac Bratkovich of Isaac Construction.“The amenity center will be a great introduction for how this development will come together.” 

Isaac Construction is currently working on the framing construction of the building and is looking for a completion date of December 31^st, 2007.

The Preserve at Laurel Lake, located on over 400 acres off of CR 252B, less than 2 miles from I-75 and US HWY 90 West, will feature a community atmosphere, with upscale homes and amenities designed to meet a variety of lifestyles and stages of life.
